But Ravenous is 160 gold more expensive?

Is this a typo?

Why would anyone ever build Hydra instead of Titanic? Specially considering the passive on Jaurim's Fist.

If anything Titanic Hydra should be more expensive because of the passive. It makes a lot more difference than Vampiric's Scepter lifesteal, except, maybe, on Fiora.
