Buff Idea: Mikael's Crucible grants 1 second of CC immunity if it doesn't negate any when cast.

I believe I've read a Rioter say that is a problem because by the time most players recognize that a player has been CC'd and think to use it, the majority of the CC has either already worn off or it's too late for Mikael's to do anything worthwhile, in addition to the time it takes player having to realize that they're free already. It doesn't sound like much, but it can easily add up to a support intending to negate a 1.5 second stun only managing to practically negate half. So that topic above is my suggestion on how to fix that problem. Opinions?
