Jhin”s current state

I feel like, as long as bork, is allowed to exist for adcs, he won”t have any place bot. Every adc, that struggles to kill tanks with their kit, can just build that item to solve that problem, I mean even ezreal kills tanks fast these days, when he has bork and lw. You can argue that Jhin has utility, unlike other adcs, but thats barely the case either, because champions like Ashe and Caitlyn have similar utility while doing better dps. Now I am aware that he is getting some buffs next patch, but I doubt thats gonna make him viable bot any time soon, it”s probably just gonna make him appear mid more often, just like varus, that finds his place there now and then.
