I made a post a week or 2 ago where I said something along the lines of "I'm not even gonna ask for a buff because everyone hates us. Most notably Riot and if they read this I can expect my E to no longer deal damage." ...

I guess they're nerfing ignite now so... I'm sorry for all Shaco players. I uh... I just wanted to meme a little bit. I didn't consider the fact that riot actually does hate us. If any of you are still one-tricking Shaco by this point then you have nothing but my respect because this is easily the worst state he's ever been in. Again, sorry.

I don't understand all the hate or the calls for buffs on Shaco. Do you mind explaining a bit why you think Shaco needs buffs?

From Iron all the way up to Diamond, Shaco has a 51-53% winrate (scaling upwards with ELO) with a 5-6% playrate. That's far from being bad, in fact he's quite strong at the moment. I can understand his E feeling weak but surely he's got to have power somewhere because players of all levels are performing well with him.

Edit: Also, Ignite has been one of the most commonly picked and strong spells for a long time, it has nothing to do with Shaco or your post. Almost everyone takes it in every role in every ELO.

Don't take this personally, but why do Shaco players on the boards always have this "my champion is so weak" mentality? I have been here for 3 years and I don't think I've ever seen a Shaco player admit their champion was actually good. This includes some one trick from masters a few years ago I literally theory crafted a build for that ended up becoming the meta build on Shaco that put him at a 55% winrate.

Edit: Like come on, this is plat+. What exactly screams that he is in "the worst state he's ever been in".
