How hard is kha'zix

So k6 is a high skillcap champion who is annoying to deal with if he gets ahead. I checked if you need double jump to be good and you don't. It's kind of just for show and it's a small advantage. You can just get to the next target a tiny bit faster. That's about it. His clears are good thanks to S7 changes. just get lvl 3 and gank. Also the hunt minigame where you can get all 4 evolutions or give rengar 50% more damage and you just lost the game. I go the classic evolve q first and then evolve w and if we are winning, r and if not e. If rengar is on the enemy team and it goes late, kill him before he kills you and get your last evolution. I know he's feast or famine but so are pantheon and wukong. They are useless when behind. I can get an early kill just fine. But how hard is kha'zix.
