it was removed for some unknown reason in her rework, nothing was stated about it but I think it's just something you missed
being able to generate a passive proc from ult can save your ass in many ways

Why do you feel the ult should? I'm not criticizing your request. I'm asking for a logical debate. Therefore "It used to generate a stack before the rework" isn't really a good argument. Think theme.

Agreed. Would rather nerf Sona in ways that made her feel more powerful. Quicker Power Chord stacking on occasion isn't one of those ways.
