when the gauntlet says "after casting an ability, the next basic attack deals bonus physical damage equal to %125 of base attack damage in an area and creates an icy zone for 2 seconds and slow movement speed by 30%"

also most of all, why is ezreal able to E away while getting grabbed by blitz's hook?.... Litearlly makes blitzcrank so useless
