things need to change

eather bring back the old runes and masteries or give the runes basic status because I am bored of game being snowbally. I want to be able to win game and carry but just impossable with thing the way they are. I could be 12/5 on brand yet a 8/11 adc can still kill me. Why is Riot ignoring the community.
