Honestly the shit is beyond useless it does less than an autoattack and boosts the attack speed of whoever it hits. W+E ?

AP Ezreal thinks W is great. It's only AD Ezreal that thinks W is worthless.

And here we see the problem with changing it. How do you change it in such a way that it helps AD Ezreal without over buffing AP Ezreal or nerfing it out of playability?

Honestly, I prefer AP Ezreal. That way the only "worthless" ability is your passive.

It's actually very simple imo

To make ad ez use w more often, just make it so it amplifies physical damage done by him by 20-30%. This way ap ezreal doesn't gain anything cuz he's ap and doesn't use ad and ad ezreal can use his AA's and q's more
