Delete Snow ball summ or at the very least leave it at ARAM.

I do not want, and I fear the day that that I have to face snow ball summ spell on Summ rift.

It's a stupid game mechnic with 0 counter play. The hit box might be small, but the particle it's also freaking small and it's impossible to see when 5 v 5 fights happen. I get that SOME champ might use it, so they dont have to rely on flash to do their things. But have you ever thought that maybe a Riven with flash and snowball might have a little bit too much mobility? Or a lee sin? Or a Vi?!

The problems it creates are bigger that they solve, and it negates the balance between Range and melee champs. That is "If melee champ gets to be anywhere near Range champ, said range champ it's screwed, other wise range champ has the upper hand." Sure, range champs are OP compared to melee champs, and they will lose all the time. But snow ball wont fix this, it never will.

Edit: And lets not forget the untargetable shannigans you can pull of with this summ spell. It's really fucking bullshit that a summ spell can negate caits ult for example. Or even that last bit of dmg you needed.
