And I can confirm this because I actually play him (both in lane and in the jungle). Half the time you don't even need to use your other 3 abilities. It's just press 'w' and win most of the time. For how easy it is to play him, Kog'maw is way too rewarding. And his mana costs are WAY too low.

Demon King Maou1 votesI've always found Twitch to be the bigger problem child inlane While yes kog is EXTREMELY annoying he can easily be shutdown meanwhile twitch has Teemos poison + invisibility and a range modifier as ult Kog does shred sure but he doesn't have a great escape like twitch sure kog can slow but he doesn't get attackspeed and movement from temporarily escaping damage

ProfDrDeath1 votesThey are changing his bases somewhat. Overall, he gets a better base AS (it seems like he had 0.625 before the rework, need to look something up at home for that) with 0.665, gets his AS growth reduced to pre-rework levels and gets +5% on Q's bonus AS.
He keeps the changes to his HP pool, though (justified, since he was one of the highest base HP ADCs before) and to his base AD (more early, less growth factor - a change every ADC got).
