Do you think it would be fair for PTA to actually work with spells ? Aery for instance procs by using autoattacks, wouldn't it be cool for PTA to actually proc with spells ? It would help "dps mages" by a lot (Cassiopeia Azir Ahri Ryze". Or just making another version of it only working through spells ? It would kinda replace DFG while also being "balanced" and have more alternative other than Comet / Electrocute for most mages

I think it would help mages but make assassins OP. I'm probably wrong just a thought. Imagine Fizz getting the buff for hitting his abilities. Would make is W even bettter though. What do you think?
