just had a game as yasuo where turret killed me in two shots
if that doesn't warrant yasuo hp bufs then i don't know what does

learn to count
Considering Yas gets
I'd say he doesn't need any buffs. Don't walk under turret and you'll be fine.
Context?
he was E'ing through minions like a bronze 5 yasuo, not realizing his opponents can attack him, he Q'd his opponent because "muh mechanics" , and then proceeded to die to 2 tower shots and a whole spell rotation from his opponents.
-every yasuo player ever
Jungler ganked so I dived but agro switched and I took two hits and died
Yes, make him even more OP..
It's not like his Passive, E and W are already in the top 10 of the most broken abilities in game.
they arent
typical Yasuo Main defending his Champion.
So a wall that can delete all Projectiles, even Ultimates, and a 0.1 sec CD dash are balanced?
although I agree with you that his kit is very annoying, he is not overpowered. He is strong in the right hands and scales well into the lategame, but you can do many things wrong with him. Like towerdiving someone early... O.o

To be fair: building glass-cannon on a melee auto-attacker is the stupidest play style in the game. Being tanky melee or ranged DPS are substantially better play-styles, having greater strategic value and being more reliable. Even glass-cannon melee burst is better than glass-cannon melee auto-attacker.
The value 550+ range auto-attacks offers is also difficult to overstate, something Yasou completely lacks where most crit-based glass-cannons get that for free, without wasting any ability slots on it.
If a champion's play style is weak then they need strong abilities to make up for it.
Flat out impossible even at level 1.

Nah. turrets damge ramps up, and it doesnt reset when switching targets anymore. Chances are he ate two fully charged turret shots after his shield had been popped. With no armor runes, thats definitely two-shotable early enough.
Turrets only ramp up when hitting champions, though. So unless another member of his team was there, he couldn't have been hit with a fully charged shot.
