Just played against a Sejuani/TF bot lane
I can see them in the pre game lobby now,
"No dude we will carry I swear!"
They didn't.
The meta is the meta for a reason, save that crap for normals where people's elo isn't at stake.

The worst hell I ever experienced was a Thresh AD with a Blitz Support.
Ever been hooked from your tower to theirs?

That would be me and a friend lol
It could have worked. I dislike nonmeta because it forces me to play completely different. But there was one absolute hell game I had with a blitz and naut not. So yeah.
TF ADC was an old way to play him in like season 2. Sejuani Support could also work as well. Hell I'd gank for that no questions asked, that CC man

How do people even know what the meta is? Is there a memo that's sent out? Because if so, most people I see in games don't follow it. At Gold Elo and below just about anything goes. Okay, sure it's a typical ADC bot lane and not TF, but I've seen anything from Akali to Yasuo jungle, J4 mid, Lulu top... I don't know what "meta" you follow, but in Gold and below just about ANYTHING is viable with only a few exceptions.
