buff thresh and Leona and the cow

Cow is fine. Will become meta after being abused in competitive again, then fall off because its actually hard to know when to go in and when you can't.

Thresh is fine. Buffing him would actually be a pretty big mistakes, though I do wish he could help more vs this jungle meta.

Leona could use some buffs, but doing so would likely bring Braum up front, since he outclasses her on effectively every level.

Supports are in a weird place, as always.

I play support often, love thresh, love ali, they're fine, and leona is so damn oppressive, always a strong pick, none of these need buffs
