Silver bolts is obviously what makes Vayne powerful, but her condemn is good too, and I think there ought to be a few tweaks to it.
My thoughts are a few things.
- Making it a skillshot would help make it so that she doesn't just have a free disengage (paired with her easy chase/re-engage) and while she has stuff to think about like ducking between people with q, dodging and focusing, most Vaynes do this well and it would help raising her skill floor a bit by making it a skillshot.
- I'm fine with the passive proc, makes sense, but then there is the way it stuns. I mean that she impales you against a wall with a bolt. Makes sense, but even if you are in great pain from said impalement, you really should be rooted and not stunned. This would mean that her e could be used effectively against melee champs who try to cut her in half because they have to get close and that allows her to position into a more favorable position by a wall. At the same time, it wouldn't give her the power to destroy adcs as much because they could still fight her. Condemn is made to be good disengage, and while it makes sense offensively, an adc with a stun that is actually not too unreliable is pretty darn good, especially with that sort of single target damage.
- Duration/hitbox. When you get condemned into a far away wall that you barely even touch and then just sit there stunned, it doesn't make sense, not to me. What I mean is that the less distance traveled before hitting the wall should make the root (stun) last longer, but if it barely proc'd, it should be shorter, as the bolt wouldn't carry the same power as if it was up closer.
These changes would make her e make more sense anyway and help balance it better. Another solution would be to just make the knockback have shorter range, slightly, and the spell itself perhaps shorter range but i'm not a Vayne main so idk how plausible that is.
TLDR make Vayne E a skillshot, a root, and make the root time scale with how close to the wall the target actually was.
Also, make it so Yasuo can't ult the target that is impaled into a wall. Definitely NOT Airborne.
