All of these are pretty usable without the CDR/Mana

Need Gold 4 Tent1 votesThey're usable. 100% muramana procs on every hit, and free stats from transcendence. Muramana is balanced around the mana depleting and doing very little damage when you oom, guess what when you got infinite mana?
