Anyone else thinking that this is the most bugged patch of all time?

Ever since this patch came out, I have seen more bugs and lag than the previous 3 years combined. It's been almost unplayable so far. I haven't seen a single game yet this patch without at least two or more obvious bugs.

Anyone else having issues with abilities not casting, weird interactions of abilities and champions, lag spikes from hell, etc? I don't have any problems with any other games, internet, etc, so I know it's not on my end.
