How is this even far

I have support staff saying you get match with people your skill level, yet am getting an adc who cant see/react to something that happening right infunt of her, she adc farming under turret so we are losing the turret. At one part we had the lane pushed out and i go to help yi from geting 2 v 1 and am ping the cait and she still just in her own little world. She carry on this all game and by 15 mins the inhubs gone and she still refusing to auto the other team when the over step or are out of poition.

also in lane she standing in one spot auto the wave and then crying to me she cant farm because she has no heal and she wont understand after me telling he not to u stand in one spot so that how we end up being afk farming under turret

Yet Riot still spout this rubbish about matchmaking being fair.
