are you not a human, with this tool called the brain which is very strong at noticing patterns intuitively?
I have no issue understanding minion behavior and how to avoid losing because of it, and how to use it to my advantage. to be honest, it is a much simpler system than understanding human decision making. and yet I also work to try to predict what my teammates and enemies will do, in attempts to outsmart my peers and rise elo faster than others do.
when the discussion is, "riot your system is too hard, it makes me lose" my response will always be "sorry dude but the reason you are having difficulty is you, and your giving up and not trying"
it is true that the minion blocking is kind of lackluster, and should be worked on. but all of the arguments for why this should change don't have anything to do with predictability. well, there are a few things that are unpredictable, such as minion aggro in the first wave dramatically affecting the wave, but riot has done multiple things to fix this. but the biggest issues with minion decision making, is, in fact, quite predictable and consistent in when they happen and why.
understanding minions is an important skill in league of legends for many reasons, from manipulating waves to understanding how to use them to your advantage to trade, to, yes, abusing their position to use creep block to your advantage and not get trapped by it. these are all things that any league player needs to improve their skills and understanding if they want to improve at the game.
