New ancient coin gives Soraka way too much healing in lane

I understand why Soraka isn't picked in pros because if bot lane gets repeatedly TP/4 man ganked she really can't do much but for the rest of us in solo queue she is god tier at what she does.

Having a Soraka support basically means you cannot get poked out of lane or die as an ADC unless you actually int feed in a 2v2. She gets so much free mana and sustain that very very few bot lane match ups can actually output enough dps to get through her ability to heal all poke. You're forced to give up your first item spike to get an executioners calling, and/or get your support to take ignite instead of exhaust. For those two reasons alone Soraka has already won the lane for her adc.

I understand that many people find Janna unbearable but for me Soraka is not too far from being just as annoying to play against.

Raka is terribly oppressive in lane. As a support main, you have no clue how many times my ADC and me are just playing terribly. Like either we pick fights we will never win due to heal, or we split targets. Even when we get a kill 1or2 good fights won't help you. Late game diamond Rakas are impossible to catch and kill. They are god kiters.

Janna in lane isn't as bad because she can't shield as often as raka can heal.

Won't say boring or broken. But too strong in low ELO where people don't know how to handle the laning. No matter how much we poke or fight they will beat us.
