movespeed isn't that great and the unique active is a mere 100 damage. This item is a terrible first item, and not even a decent buy for a 2nd or 3rd

Gwellaouen1 votesWorks pretty well on Wukong tough since he needs this movement speed to be able to gap closer more. ^^ Anyway, since I discovered this on the champion, it has feel well. ^^ (I have read it somewhere. I don't remember where tough. Sorry).
