mhh than how can you say that riot show no favoritism to lee when they even admitted this themselves? plus really chinderhulk jungler barely see lcs play except gragas being a problem as a champion compared to things like lee elise etc

They never have said they favor Lee Sin. They say they like how he plays, not that they favor him. There's a big difference.

The fact they nerfed him many times tells me they are not fine with him being way too strong.

I remember when he actually had everything. Lower ult cooldown, higher base damage on it, lifesteal and spellvamp on his W, ATTACK SPEED SLOW ON HIS E.. I was there.

Some champion's kits will just inherently be better than others, at the trade off that they are not as easy to learn or master as others. That's normal and perfectly fine. If you keep nerfing champs that are good because they are good you end up in a land where they are simply never played again because you could just play something easier instead of expressing your skill by playing one of the other, maybe even more fun champions.

It's highly subjective. I for one would never touch Lee Sin, because I don't like how he plays. I play Elise though sometimes, because I enjoy her thematically and how she plays.

Cinderhulk Junglers in general are good on non-LCS play though.

Fact of the matter is though as obnoxious as Lee is; I have ways to outplay him and he doesn't scale well into the late game. Someone like Maokai with that amount of CC which is unavoidable and has zero outplay is rather annoying.

Only his W CC is unavoidable.

Right but you W throw your sapling and then follow it up with your Q and your ultimate if you've got it. How the heck do you avoid that? At least Lee if I avoid his Q is forced to ward hop and waste his flash to kick me backwards.

Touché. Maokai does just chain CC on his own.

the fact is that because of the state of the game with duskblade the early game junglers are just better at the highest stage of the game, maokai and sejuani both have seen a ton of play in the LCS over the years and will again in the future. Lee sin, elise, rengar, khazix are all part of a top tier meta in almost every single region right now. I cannot remember the last time elise, rengar, or lee sin were actually buffed. Rito isn't play favs, the champions just have good kits in the competitive stage.
