What do we need for the new season

1. Improved ranked matchmaking. 90% of the games are decided by the leaver/feeder. I especially hate the new type of leavers, who dies first to prevent rematch. These players should play each other, and do not ruin others games. Or at least add an option for better quality games at the cost of increased queue time.

2. Better tradings on bot lane. Currently too many heal and regen options, so after the adc lost 70% life he just retreat under tower for 10 seconds and come back with full hp. Hm, same with supp. Unless the jungler comes (or enemy boot has the feeder) nothing happens. This is so boring after a few dozen games.

Other changes are pointless until the matchmaking is fixed. No balancing can help with feeders/leavers.
