This new banning system is awful.
People told it, riot didn't listen as usual. Its too fast, you cannot coordinate at all.

People didn't really coordinate their bans in solo queue before, either. They are almost entirely A) "I don't want to see this" or B) "Everybody else bans this, it must be OP". If you really want more than one thing banned away, just be prepared to ask for it.
Seriously? If anything in my opinion its too long. You should be going in knowing what you are going to ban, especially since its at the start of the match.
I like the new 10 ban system just fine. I don't really have a problem with it and I haven't really seen any amount of complaints against it.
Though I suggested Riot start out small and make it 4 bans first to see how it effects the game, however in retrospect that's not very fair to the one player who doesn't get to ban.
The "No Ban" option and duplicate banning is a horrible design flaw.
I understand that there is little coordination, but at least you don't have the excuse to dodge because your least favorite champ wasn't banned
