I saw many valuable comments about issues with supports in the last few weeks. The usual crap was also there but that is not relevant.
However I haven't seen any replies from Riot at all. True, many comments were pretty lengthy, but it was worth reading them. I feel sorry for those people who put a large effort for writing these comments. I hope their efforts are not in vain.

Because they don't have an answer to the root problem, that support is generally considered an unfun position, that doesn't annoy a lot of existing supports.
Support is the beta position in league. You spend all your time proping up the team for no self reward. The only way to fix it for the majority ruins it for beta personality players.
