This item combined with life steal, full tank, and a Zilean on the other team is a freaking nightmare. Just suffered another loss because 2 players who had it were already full build. Effectively turning the game into a 5 vs 7 everytime they came back while a Zilean only made the situation even worse.

Nobody, I mean nobody is building this item for its stats. It's the passive that most players are abusing.

I build it for the stats on AD's. The armor and AD I get isn't unsubstantial and the passive is really nice. Darius isn't a tank first and foremost; he is an AD Juggernaut who would like the stats as well. Gives him AD, Armor(which he's probably already stacking) and a nice revive passive.
