Correction, anyone can play Darius and easily win the game WHEN NOBODY TAKES COUNTERMEASURES TO ENSURE HE CAN'T. Buying Grevious Wounds items so he doesn't heal for a crap ton in teamfights, playing Champions that either counter or can kite the hell out of Darius (Quinn counters Darius so hilariously you might as well have won the lane at champ select), realizing that if you're in a bad matchup versus Darius that a good creep score is NOT worth giving him kills over. All of these things and more stop Darius from wrecking house.
