said about swain

and also said about Zoe

"We're confident the above changes are both a significant power reduction and changes that, regardless of whether we do or don't also nerf the Q at some point, are improvements to Zoe's play pattern. If we did follow up with a Q nerf, or if the above ends up being too heavy a hit, we'll also need to look at appropriate places to give Zoe power (she's pretty dependent on her Q burst to function). That could involve things like making W's damage contributions more meaningful later in the game. "

so even if zoe gets a Q dmg nerf they will still buff her to compensate her crazy dmg

while Swain with his trash AP ratios considered "too strong" LOL

Favouritism at its finest

"B-b-but she is a burst mage she should 1 shot a squishy with 1 combo !"

Syndra / Veigar can oneshot with full combo THAT HAS HIGH COOLDOWN while zoe spams the same combo every 7 secs or lower

Tbh, I share his opinion about Swain that he is more likely to be too strong than too weak.

For example, I think he will be an absolute beast in pro play just because of his W. Having a spell with so much range with damage, a slow and giving vision....

The ability to track the jungler is quite potent, look at Ashe who does the same, but with a spell without any other benefits added than vision.

Pulling damage out of the spell that Zoe has the easiest time hitting and putting it elsewhere isn’t exactly the worst idea.

Also, Swain’s looking to be absolute cancer toplane.
