Swain isn't getting nerfed for having a high winrate folks

Honestly I don't see Swain enough to have a strong opinion on him, but if this is a normal occurrence with Swain, this is worrying.

Swain was only really against a thresh and Shen in that fight. Rek left as soon as Shen died. Thresh died soon after with no MR. Swain's a champ that actually does well against dives due to his sustain, that's what he excels at.

Increasing the CDR doesn't do anything to affect that, it affects his ability to use it to sustain in lane early on so he can actually get to a point where he's fighting against sub 500hp enemies and doesn't implode.
