Question about Liandry's passive.
> Unique: Dealing spell damage applies a damage-over-time effect that deals bonus magic damage equal to 2% of the target's current health per second for 3 seconds. This bonus damage is doubled against movement-impaired units and capped at 100 damage per second vs. monsters.
The above quote is a description of Liandry's passive. What caught my eye was the fact that it does magic damage which means the damage will be mitigated by the target's MR. The passive I'm guessing works like a debuff so it go me thinking and here's my question. Is the passive's damage affected by the magic penetration stats of the champion that applied it ?
Thing is, I'm wondering if having a
and/or
along side Liandry would make its passive more effective. Can anyone clarify ?
Thanks.
It seems best to take more time to properly evaluate the costs and benefits.
It would not be wise to rush such a decision.
Let's meet again in a few weeks to further discuss this.
. You can be a very good support while still dealing tons of damage. In fact I just played as support Brand and even the enemies recognized that I was the main reason why we won.
