Abilities that seem to belong to another Champ

As progress has marched on, some champs have been introduced with revolutionary abilities. Not to suggest that they should be changed, but does it seem that some of these abilities almost belong to someone else? I mean, some abilities seemingly fulfill the intended fantasy of another character.

For instance, Kog'Maw is made out to be a ravenous eater yet eats nothing. Tahm Kench's W Devour (the eating minions portion) fits that description far better.
