Can we please implement a system that tracks average cs/kda/wards placed. Based on the system, this would determine if you are allowed to play ranked. Thus solving the problem of elo hell and all the ignorant morons that are in it.

PSA: people that dont place wards, cant get at least 60 cs in 10 minutes, and have a track record of feeding SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY RANKED.
