Draven 85% more damage on every AA, i dont know why nobody use him on competitive, his damage is fucking broken and his kit has alot of self peel and utility

He was played bot by the UOL Adc and he literally Trashed everyone early and had BT at like 8 minutes and proceeded to 1v3 lol

IMO there are a lot of champs that can go top that are "off-meta." Of course, you need a tank on your team, but I've taken Cassi and Azir top with no issues outside of Sion.

Support Maokai. He's not the best all-in support, but he can poke and peel. Vision control with sapling is nice too.

Velkoz (Although Impulse just used him against c9).

His dragon control and waveclear are outstanding. He is like a more spammy, better scaling, more damage version of Xerath with an ulti that works better for the more common solo que team fight comps.
