I looked for a PBE section on the boards beta, didn't see it, relocate post if it's a problem here.
Been messing with Azir on the PBE and idk if it's reported yet, but you can only E to the first soldier you summoned if multiple are on the field at once.
MrBuffington1 votesI think this is the place to go to report bugs for Azir, which, by the looks of it, it definitely seems like a bug. I haven't seen this myself, but I'm pretty sure you're supposed to be able to hover your cursor over which soldier you want to dash to; if you can't it seems like a bug.

It would be very cool if you can decide which soilders you want to dash to if you have 2 out or something. x) Otherwise, it would be very predictable where Azir would dash to :(
