Brand is a little underwhelming

As a Brand player, hell no.

Both of those are insane requests.

Underwhelming or not, your ideas are not something he needs.

His passive is weak, instead of dealing 8% max health over 4 seconds it should deal that amount per second.

Please upvote and keep the sarcasm flowing. Let's get creative. They nerfed annie for exactly what brand is doing right now, may as well have some fun with it.

he needs at least a 50% damage increase, lowered mana costs and autos that scale off of ap

2s stun on 3.5s cool down doesn't seem balanced. Why can't he have 2.5s stun with 2.5s cooldown? URF brand was balanced
