Why can't we have more support items empower more than ADC's?

This is mostly pointing at ardent and zeke's. Both of these items exclusively work only with ADC's. I think the healthier route to have gone with these items for a while. Even something simple like increasing all out damage output by a %.

Riot say they dont enforce adc meta but it's bs. New press the attack proves that point by making adc mandatory to win a teamfight.

1 mage becomes a meta pick and they have to change itemisation so an adc build costs less money but offers more power. Remember Jhin being a strong pick lol? Adcs need to scale to reach the early lategame quick and be even more bs in the true lategame than before.

New Press The Attack sucks compared to the old, infinite AD one, it's a weaker Electrocute. Consider that switching targets removes the effect, IIRC.

Not saying that some wouldn't opt into it; I could see it being a staple on Support ADCs like MF and Ashe. And certainly some might really like it, but Fleet Footed is really good.

It grants 12% bonus damage for team from 3 autos. Thats huge.

"Consider that switching targets removes the effect, IIRC." Including 12% bonus damage?

You sound like you have played with these new runes, have you?

It's only 12% for melee, for Ranged it's 6%, IIRC.

EDIT: I remembered wrong. Even so, I don't think it'll make an ADC any more mandatory than they've ever been.

You didnt remember wrong, they changed it again.

that's dumb do you have any idea how broken that would be?

Supports do far too much as it is. Between Redemption, Ardent Censer, and Zeke's, I think supports have enough items with way more gold efficiency than should be allowed
