Why is it that the enemy team is ALWAYS a 3-5 man premade and i' always stuck in a team of all rando

This has been way to consistent. my enemy team is always at least a trio with a duo. yet my teams are always a bunch of randoms who've never met each other? its kinda annoying when you've been 5 man dove 6 times at 10 minutes and just have to bite the pillow, cause you know damn well your team is ignoring you, and flaming you for being dove.
