Tank ekko still doing tons of damage
Still feels pretty broken, you know, pure tanks doing tons of damage and all... however, I don't think ekko's base damage is the problem, I think it's simply the items he builds 
that deal loads of damage (despite the nerfs), along with his kit that provides an insane amount of cc for his team.
In my experice for lower elo, tank ekko will often have the most damage on his team
