What this guy said. I was playing full AD Nasus vs a Corki and I had around 6k avoided damage while he had around 600 or so.

So it only works on damage you take from sources close to you? Like if you get kited at max range it won't work?

Pretty much, it's kinda like Abyssal Mask radius I'd guess, but I can't actually see the radius.
KlydeFrog1 votesThe only way would be to get grasp of the undying and the other rune where you gain hp based pn cs death. Cause other then that no they shoukdnt why change your buikd to try and be inefficient with this
