How to rally teamates to get objectives?

So I play tanks or mages. Not one for AD I like abilities and cc. I can carry. But I want to carry harder. How do I rally super scrubs to help me get things like dragon or towers? Every few games I'm blessed with a good adc or top that helps and gasp we win. But when they don't cuz they have no game knowledge oh so prevalent in low elo. How do I rally scrubs? I try to get early lead and basically coach them to the next objective without flaming. In bronze if you get early kills they respect you for some reason. So I try to establish my alphaNess. But mid game they just 2 v 5 or some junk and throw then keep feeding. And I'll try to counter, peel or get an objective. But with amumu punishing by split pushing the 3rd top tower while the enemy takes the 100 hp first teir bot. Is not very fast and the rest of my team trying to push back mid to 2nd teir from our 2nd teir or some crap. How do I command the noobs with a tank?

First off, I would suggest changing your attitude.

Remember, this is a team game so you need your teammates just as much as they need you. Don't assert "alphaness" or call them/see them as scrubs and noobs. That kind of attitude will not encourage others to assist you on objectives, and instead will cause them to ignore you, or avoid you.

As for calling out the objectives, you have two options:

A: Ping the objective you want to grab (basic ping or Help Me is fine).

B: Type in chat (politely) on what objective you think they should grab. Such as "Hey we should grab X" or "Let's grab X"

Both of them are acceptable ways to announce grabbing objectives. But the most important thing is how you type it and your attitude. If you say "Dumb noobs we need dragon" then no one is going to want to help you. Regardless of how fed you are.

TLDR: Attitude dictates how often people will respond to you. Use pings or type politely what objective you want.

I don't rage. I say top tower 1 min. I'm not stupid.

Drag 3 mins please ward soon. Their jung dead let's Baron. But they do some stupid crap like run it down mid and try to push mid that's at our 2nd teir. Giving enemy plenty of time to respond and we get nothing but 2 waves of farm shared with 5 ppl.
