Kalista should not be able to ult an ally who is under hard CC.

It's literally a free cleanse. It should be disabled until the hard CC wears off, otherwise it's just a waste of the CC used by the enemy team. It's already amazing at providing safety.

Ikr? it's actually pretty stupid to catch someone who's caught out then they get to escape and come back with a knockup and you're practically dead because you just wasted your CC/ultimates.
