How to know if your team will win

Take a look at your team and the enemy team

  1. which team has less tanks?

  2. which team has AD Ezreal?

  3. which team has someone with stormraider's?

  4. which team has someone bitching in all chat before minions spawn?

  5. which team gives up first blood?

Whichever team meets more of these criteria will lose. Hands down.

5 is irrelevant

AD Ezreal is actually rather strong in general. He's a good champion.

Tanks are rarely an issue unless the comps are made to teamfight. If one team has a Tristana, a Jax, a Tryndamere, a Bard and a Ziggs against a team without a way to deal with it, guess who's winning that game?

The other two I'll give you.

If it's like rammus/trundle/voli/mundo then yes it's a problem.

sir, who the fuck is your mid laner?!

I get Support Trundle, Rammus jungle, voli top...do you have MUNDO as your mid laner? He's gonna get demolished early with some jungle pressure. And if that is the case, Mundo is the only one putting out any damage that's worth a damn because he's op. So the enemy team just split pushes until they win.

No, I was listing them as tanks that are troubling. Not as as full team.

Trist/Jax/Trynd/Bard/Ziggs vs. Kog/Malph/Mundo/Leona/Cho

Tanks win.

First blood- gold to a champ on the enemy team. Most likely tilting player giving it up. Experience advantage. If the player is smart, that's all the lead necessary to win lane. If it's a snowballing champ, they'll roam and snowball everyone else.

AD Ezreal is average at best.

AD Ez can be very strong if you can aim a skillshot. Double just played it today in the LCS and had great damage numbers. Granted he's Doublelift, but if it's good enough to play in the LCS it's good enough for solo queue.

The first blood thing is a bad mentality to get into. Because the reason they're now tilted is likely because you're now in chat going "GG TOP IS A FEEDER. AFK NERD"

And you aren't taking that into account once again. Lets say that it's the split push comp team vs...

Mundo/Sejuani/Lulu/Kog'Maw/Nautilus

That's actually a really nice protect the Kog'Maw composition, if I do say so myself. The issue with this matchup, however, is that the Kog team wants to teamfight nonstop. If the enemy team is split pushing all game, they have to deal with it. Otherwise they engaged on the Trist and Ziggs bot lane and okay cool, they killed both of them.

The issue now is that Jax is solo pushing top and Bard and Trynd are mid lane, and once that tower is gone Bard uses his Magical journey to go top and meet up with Jax. They just got your mid tier 2, your top tier 2, and likely a huge chunk of your top inhib turret assuming you noticed them in time.

And what are you going to do? Split up to fight them? Sejuani and Lulu aren't exactly going to outdamage Tryndamere and Ziggs, not even on a good day. They aren't going to outduel with Trynd's ult running, and they CERTAINLY can't hold off Ziggs' waveclear. Comps are made to beat comps, and your attitude certainly is not helping your winrate.

The team that gets the first double kill bot lane usually wins.
