Maybe make it better for team comps with no CC.. by making it a CC spell?
Exhaust - temporarily stuns player for 1 second
Players are immune to exhaust if stunned prior. To prevent it being grabbed.. on every champ like we see ignite is right now lol

Like Font of Life, or Unflinching.
Like, maybe add a rune called Turtle Hare, or something, and once every minute, whenever you slow a champion gain that much in bonus movement speed. That would be perfect with Exhaust.
