Ivern and the Skuttle
Why does Ivern lose health vs the skuttle?
In a meta where you have to secure skuttle bugs to even have a remote chance of keeping up in levels, he is the only one that loses health vs the skuttle…. Why is this a thing?

He loses health vs. all camps, its kinda his balance of "taking camps free" since other jungles need to use mana and tank camps while fighting, he doesn't.
Skuttle is his Waifu.
Ivern does perfectly fine without scuttle though? Scuttle gives the exact same exp as gromp.
Initial clear is chickens > red > smite blue > gromp > wolves
I think it is a fair trade off, because compared to other junglers he can secure scuttle almost instantly in the early game with his passive and smite.
If the scuttle is already marked, you win the smite fight by default.
Considering how bad ivern is right now, it was only a suggestion since he can literally be dueled by every other champion in the game.
