For a champion whose entire existence in patch notes has just been nerf after nerf after nerf after nerf and hasn't seen competitive play in ages, why are there no compensation buffs for one of his core items getting nerfed? I'm not a biased player, it just makes no sense.

I don't remember flexing my elo.
Karthus Q should primarily be used for farming, and then harass when a window presents itself. if you are focusing on harass before farming you are doing ti wrong, especially early before you have any mana items.

Mokkun1 votesKarthus survived just fine, long before Rylai's became "core." Hell the idea of it being core still feels weird to me. Of course, his Q used to not telegraph the shit out of its area the way it does now, which made it slightly easier to land. His wall slow was stronger as well.
But if they were to ever give a real QoL/buff to him, I'd say they should up his E. It's been a long time since it felt meaningful as damage. And its damage never felt meaningful at low level. You just get it for the mana refund, and that's kinda lame.
