Has the meta speed up again

Basically games have been ending faster. 35 min in bronze and 25 at higher ranks. I didn't notice this until Ross boomsock's pointed it out with the whole sticky bandits and adc's kind of sucking due to it. Also its to the point where adc's aren't the center piece anymore as proven by the sticky bandits. Leona Taric bot and they got from unranked to diamond in 30 games with that combo. I decided to test this theory out. I played a game as pantheon who I don't have good stats on because of late game. I Do good early and mid but then they shit on me late. This time, It was literally 4 starving children and a super sayin because my team fed so I couldn't end. The second game, I didn't get too many kids because I was against a maokai but they surrendered at 25. The 3rd game, I ended 30 minutes and got ultra fed. That's kind of what I was looking for so has the meta sped up to the point where all these assassins are going to start coming back into the meta.
