Piece of shit has gone a little under the radar since he started becoming a whacky support.
My only issue is that you're nerfing his E as opposed to his fucking Q which is the most asinine part of his kit.
I would have preferred reverting the range buff his Q got, if not reducing the duration of his Q.
For those who forgot:
V7.6 Terrify Range increased to 575 from 525.

Beatrice falls1 votesHis E neeeds to deal reduced damage to the same unit each time it hits, because once he cleared the wave against the 2 laners, if the E can bounce off for the max amount, it takes up to 2/3 of their hp.
I'm fine with his Q, you have to respect him to have a cc enabling him to protect him from melee champions. Fiddle is squishy and every single assassins has a gap-closer / crazy move speed / blink. If you nerf his Q, then nerf things like 
windwall because it hard counters any ranged champ
