If Mords new shield max strength was 25% of his max hp, I wouldn't mind playing bruiser Mord

Just because I think it would be great to build ROA, Liandries, Rylais, Randuins, WOTA, Boots mord.

I mean I won't do damage but hey, try breaking my shield then taking my health man, see how that could work.

He needs CC on his E if this is gonna happen, a 40% slow that lasts 1-2.5 seconds couldn't hurt.
