Why is ranged champions allowed to use a onhit aoe slow sheen effect anyways? the armor scaling radious thing is meaningless because the abusers don't need anything bigger than the minimum range anyways. Why is Ezreal allowed to abuse a tank item while everyone goes all over tank ekko?

Mazariamonti1 votesYou have the option of running down a triforce Ezreal, with IBG Ezreal you need some kind of tp gank with a maokai to even make an attempt at killing the Ezreal. Outside of the occasional normal game where I'm messing around with IBG vayne, there is no other ranged champion that can realistically use IBG, it's time for it to be melee only, or better yet remove the on hit effect on Ezreal q so we don't have to balance half of the items in the game around that one stupid ability.

The Deckowner1 votesYes in a sense that all changes for the purpose of making Ezreal not build IBG has indirectly cause the broken IBG+sunfire combo.
remember when they reduced the base radius of the slow zone and make it scale off armor? well EZ is still using it because the change barely affects him at all, but we are now seeing poppy/malphite/rammus blasting spirit fire size slow zone/aoe dmg every 2 seconds.
